Architectural Designer
Work under supervision of Registered Architect. Perform all phases of architectural design development, planning, drafting, CM & CA. Assist R/A in securing building permits, quality control, scheduling, safety controls, RFI, change orders, closeout, coordinate technical consultants and contractors. Material selection, shop drawing drafting and review, and develop details. Utilize: Autocad, Adobe CS, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, Rhino 3D, BIM, Autodesk Revit Architecture.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Architecture + 2 years experience
