As an architect with over 25 years of professional experience, Steven Lane is well known in the fields of Historical Restoration. After graduating from Pratt Institute, he worked at such highly regarded firms as The Spector Group and Arthur L. Spaet & Associates, where he became a Senior Associate. In 1997, he formed Devon Architects, which has risen to become an industry leader in working with New York Coops & Condominiums and their Boards of Directors. Some of the many projects that he is currently supervising are the complete restoration of all facades at 1115 Fifth Avenue, rehabilitation of Metropolitan Tower's curtain wall system, exterior restoration of 301 East 48th Street and the exterior restoration of the facades and balconies at Walden Terrace's 12 buildings. His previous accomplishments include such diverse projects as the addition to the West Point Museum, varied projects for Le Harve on the Water, a 32 building residential complex in Whitestone, NY and the conservation of the 40 story landmark American Standard Building in Manhattan. |

After graduating from Queens College, Mr. Abrams began a distinguished accounting and auditing career at both State Insurance Fund and American International Group in New York City. Using his accounting and management experience, Mr. Abrams went on to head the accounting and construction department at Parkadon Management, including preparation of budgets and financial documents, cost estimating and building management. Since joining Devon Architects in 1999, Mr. Abrams has been instrumental in all aspects of administration, including project management, marketing, estimating, human resources and accounting.

John Monteleone has over 11 years of experience in the field of Architecture. Working for Devon Architects for the past 6 years, John has managed a wide variety of projects that range from designing and overseeing construction of over 30 Ann Taylor Retail Stores, to directing multi-million dollar exterior restoration projects such as 343 East 74th Street and 55 West 125th Street, President Clinton's office building. Since his promotion to Senior Associate earlier this year, he has been managing such varied projects as resoration of numerous buildings for Winthrop Hospital, exterior restoration and campus sidewalk replacement at Rosedale Gardens and the assessment and repair of facilities at the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center. His ability of taking on all facets of a construction project has been a great asset to both Devon Architects and their clients.
